    新興民主主義諸国と政党政治の安定。
    ▼どのような要因が新興民主主義諸国における政党政治の安定に影響を与えるのか、という問題をフィリピンを中心に検討する。フィリピンに関して得られた知見を多国間(36カ国)データを用いて分析し、大統領の当選回数制限が1期の場合は2期の場合よりも政党政治が不安定化する一般的な傾向が存在することを立証する(全英文)。
