  Yoshihiro Ito (ヨシヒロ　イトウ)
  Yoshuhuro Ito
  Born in Kyoto City, Yoshihiro Ito entered the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University in 1961 before transferring to the Faculty of Medicine in 1963. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 1967, he joined the doctoral program in physiology at Kyoto University the same year. Completing the program in 1971, he assumed the position of Chief Radiologist at a general hospital in Kyoto City later that same year.
